It's a 1970-71 Volvo 144. (1970+ because of the coulor)

From this angle, can you tell a 144 from a 164?

My mistake, I just went as by probability, as most cars of this colour I've seen has been 144's.
Of course this is a Volvo 164, as can clearly (?) be seen to the right of the left rear light immediately beneath the Volvo badge, as here http://jalopnik.com/331663/1970-volvo-164-plus-bonus-200+series-poll .
I was fooled by the blurry picture as I didn't see any chrome (aluminium) strips above and beneath the rear lights.

Looks to be the same vehicle; no headrests and no mirrors. I'd guess it's white rather than mustard yellow and that the yellow tone is some visual illusion.

1967 only model then?

An illusion would affect the number plate as well, this is clearly white?
