I have to disagree, but that is a Renault-Dodge 100 Series 'Commando' with Carmichael bodywork. I can tell because of the grille and two badges. Please don't thank me by commenting back. (And this can also either be 'Made for GBJ' or not since most parts of the show are filmed in Jersey. |

I see we have used Dodge-Renault in the past and not Renault-Dodge, based on the obsolete Fleetdata website. If we need to open the discussion again about which is more accurate, I guess we can take more member's views into account? edit: To add to continuing use of Dodge-Renault, the way that the Commercial Motor (one of my favorite sources of historical reference being the CM Archive) appears to describe the vehicles is "Dodge vehicles built by Renault" seeming to imply they were considered at the time to be primarily a Dodge model. So "Dodge-Renault" appears acceptable or perhaps just "Dodge". More research required I think. -- Last edit: 2015-03-24 13:10:53 |

Dodge restyled grille with small Renault logo 1985-87. Sold and promoted as Dodge trucks. |
