I would say "wharehouse vehicle" ("engin de manutention")
thought the name in the French version fits better than in the English version

Wild guess: Clark CT-30?

Perhaps "logistics vehicle" could be a 'less worse' :D translation than 'warehouse vehicle' for the category...

I do not know what would be the correct name in English for this category... "vehicle to move things" :D

...and logistics is more or less the science to get some stuff at the right place in the right time. So this could fit well.

This vehicle belongs to the group of 'ground conveyors', 'chariot élévateur' in French, 'Flurförderzeug' in German. In US-English the term 'industrial truck' is also used, but in my opinion would be misleading for our classification, as most users would think of an ordinary truck.

Edit: Looking at the French term more closely I think this only describes the sub-group of fork-lift trucks. What would be the correct term?

BTW: It is a Clark CT Series baggage tractor.

Yes "chariot élévateur" is only for forklift.
