From "The Curse of Fenric", set in WWII England. The letters on the door are "RN" (Royal Navy). This lorry is first seen passing by in the background in part three, in part four Ace (Sophie Aldred) makes Wren Kathleen Dudman (Cory Pulman) use it to escape the base (which is under attack from the Haemovores) with her baby. The numberplate (7548RN) is presumably meant to be an MoD/Royal Navy plate, probably fake.

Fake almost certainly as the Royal Navy format should be 75RN48.

All Royal Navy vehicles were RN, as in 12RN34, however they were introduced in 1947 well after WWII.
