 Dodge or Fargo? If Fargo, then built in Norway

 1939 Dodge 1 1/2 ton TE 32.It is locally built : headlights are placed on top of the front fenders , on American trucks they were placed more inboard at each side of the grille.Fargos had a slightly different grille.
