It's either a Ford LTD or a Mercury Marquis of the 1983-85 range, but I can't find any with these taillights... |

I would go with Ford as I don't think Mercury was widely exported. I am guessing those taillights are export versions. |

The dark woodgrain with chrome accents are Mercury trademarks. Fords had lighter wood with wood borders, just sayin'. Also the front does not have the rounded look of the later Fox-bodies. I would say it's more likely a Zephyr Villager. Taillights match the Zephyr as well.
