In most of Europe this 2nd series Reanult 5 was refered to as the 'Superinq' or 'Super5' : http://thesupercinq.free.fr/Accueil.htm This is how car people I know call it.. |

Somewhere else it was said that it was only used in French-speaking countries, or at least not in all countries (e.g. UK) It would be easier to list them as Supercinq or Super5 to keep them separated from the "old" R5, but in addition of not being used everywhere, this name was not used for long time on the car itself: it was rather used in advertisings. I would prefer to list them as Super5 anyway, but I am not alone here, others wanted to list it as just 5  -- Last edit: 2006-08-19 11:30:41 |
