Vacationer wasn't released until September 1987 - the plate DBH on this car indicates it was first registered in January 1987 (this would mean a 1986 build date). This is just a standard "Executive" trim. Note that Vacationer wagons all came with roof racks, which this one lacks, and the striping down the side was lower (lined up with the door handles) - this one has striping that goes above them.
