Z2 ◊ 2020-09-08 18:38	Not 1972. Looks like it has the updated tail lights, and plate looks to start with IGK which was issued in 1975 (if it were a 1972 model, the plate would start with L). Seeing as this was filmed in 1992, it's unlikely many cars from 1972 would still be around. Enlargement: The housing development in the background is listed in the film credits as being in Werribee, but is now considered to be Hoppers Crossing in Melbourne. I'm guessing the development was built in stages between 1988-1990 or so - this was around the time that underground power lines were coming in to the new areas (they're now required), instead of the ugly overhead wires seen in most other parts of the city. -- Last edit: 2020-09-13 16:10:40
