Its a 1979, the 78s still had round headlights. 1979s had gone to the square headlights. |

Ddey65 is correct, the headlight trim is flat black compare to 1979 version that has chrome headlight trim. Rectangle headlight is usually reserved to two top trim level version on 1978 model year. The lowest trim level is usually reserved to round headlight. |
