AFAIK no, but this is unmistakeably a PB. Whether Commer, Dodge or Fargo, however ...

Certainly [PB] Commer (possibly Dodge or Fargo?) the badge over the rear doors makes it 1968-71

edit: Comments on this website suggests the PA/PB were available in Canada as a Commer badged van.

"Apart from yourself, I have been in touch with a large number of
people from Canada who have contacted me looking for help or info on
their Commers, and I have many historical images of Commers in the US
and Canada so I understand they were widely sold. When I said it was
amazing that THESE were sold in Canada, I was referring specifically
to the PA,PB vans. Having owned 2, and having had 4 in the family"

also an Ontario licensed Commer PA/PB here http://66.129.69.181/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=5117&whichpage=2

Got a feeling they didn't become badged as Dodges until the later 1970s and this looks like an older vehicle - perhaps a bit too new to destroy if it was a Dodge so I'd bet Commer.

Seem to recall when they were sold in North America they were badged Sunbeam

I've come across the Sunbeam suggestion too, but no real info on when or with what model name - just PB seems too dull for US or CDN.

There was a model called the Sunbeam highwayman but that had a camper body fitted has opposed to the mini bus body on the one above so not sure if the one above was also called a highwayman.

Labelled as made-for-US so we can find it again if/when better info available. It has a friend now - /vehicle.php?id=604800 .
