It’s a 1999 model 17K Fleet Special Service Package, the one in the link is a 2000-2002 model. Both have automatic ControlTrac four-wheel drive. Ford dropped the 2HIGH mode for 1999-2002 models, leaving AUTO, 4HIGH (lock), and 4LOW (lock) modes. The purpose of 2HIGH mode was to give the driver a choice to disable the center differential from transferring or biasing torque to the front wheels. The center differential would continue to send torque to the rear wheels at all times. |
