RATC (Cassablanca) 3118 is a DAF MB200DKDL600 with bodywork by Hainje (Hainje built a few series of these buses to the same standard design as Den Oudsten). It was NZH 1314 with Dutch registration 20-48-SB, built in 1976. It went to RATC in 1991. Several hundred ex Dutch (and some Scandinavian) DAF and Volvo buses with various bodywork went to Morocco beginning of the 1990's. To RATC (blue), RATR (Rabat, yellow), RATM (Meknes, blue-yellow), RATF (Fez, white-blue), RATS (Safi, green), RATMA (Marrakech, tomato-red) and RATAG (Agadir, orange), plus a few to Beni Mellal (not repainted, remained Dutch yellow). Apart from the very last batch somewhere around 1997 all have been identified. |
