 3 stars is more appropriate as it was only used by secondary characters, not Batman himself.

They were Batman's,(or rather, Wayne Enterprises) before they were stolen by Bane and his mercenaries. And plus, there's a small chase near the end, so 4 stars is appropriate.

There is no "Batmobile" as such in this film. It was destroyed in the previous film but a group of the military prototype vehicles that the Batmobile was based on are kept in the Wayne Enterprises vaults and Bane's men use these when they take over the city. Their design are slightly different to the Tumbler/Batmobile in the first 2 films, the biggest difference is they have large guns on top. So maybe "Batmobile" should be removed from the name and it should be "Tumbler"

 I honestly feel conflicted about it. On one hand, you're technically correct. On the other hand, it's essentially the same line of (fictional) vehicles and I think it would be good to have them grouped together.

 We could also list the other ones as "Tumbler/Batmobile" to keep them grouped with the single "Tumbler"

 Only thing is then they're not grouped with other Batmobiles, that's why I renamed them from "Tumbler Batmobile".
