Designed for the global market (especially North America and Europe) it came with independent suspension on all four wheels which provided class-leading ride and handling. The article does say 2003-2006 but I cannot find any 2003 or even 2004 models perusing used car sites. Seems 2005 was the first year there and they lasted up until 2008.
