About the vehicle, looks like an 1957 IKA Jeep "corto" -> http://lamatanza.olx.com.ar/jeep-ika-4-x-4-iid-64485375
But i can try to ask about the car.

EDIT: "Corto" rather "Largo" (obvious) wheelbase.
