Voyage de noces, voyage de noces... C'était en toute clandestinité, voyons! M'enfin... C'est juste une photo très "carte postale" de Sofia (le premier qui me demande qui c'est Sofia...) |

VAZ Lada Shiguli ??? Come on, that is a bit too much! We had a discussion on that subject before, but it seems no one really complied. /vehicle_17157-Zhiguli-2107.html |

Je ne veux pas savoir qui est Sofia, ça ne me regarde pas. Mais elle est où sur la photo??? |

I will say Shiguli or Zhiguli for the model, the 21043 is chassis code. Well for the name |

The main photo is Red Square in Moscow, with the Kremlin on the left and St. Basil's Cathedral on the right. The small photo with the red Mazda is somewhere in Sofia. |

I Suggest to use both VAZ and Lada, depending the country were the action takes place and dates, therefore this is a VAZ Zhiguli 21043, if we admit that bulgarian VAZ were named as in USSR? |

VAZ Zhiguli 21043...Yes! |

C'est vrai que ça ressemble plus à la Place Rouge qu'à Sofia. Pourtant, IMDb indiquait uniquement Sofia comme lieu de tournage... |

The IMDB isn't infalliable. All that means is that no-one has submitted Moscow as a location. -- Last edit: 2006-08-01 20:26:33 |

Just before VAZ-Lada Zhigulis were built,in Bulgaria,in 60s end,the Pirin-Fiat 124(maybe an hypotetical trial before to start regular Lada production in 1970?)into Berlina and Wagon versions(they were put in production under license, together with smaller Pirin-Fiat 850 Berlina and Coupè,into same plants based in Lovec of Balkan Motors, already known before for have assembled Moskviches--renamed as "Rila"for Bulgarian market) |

2104 would be more common name, plus you don't know, what engine is inside -- Last edit: 2006-10-06 08:26:50 |
