Might be an Atlas or a Solmec based on the coloring...

Although they have a "Link-Belt" name on them, the Boom may say something else because the Boom is an aftermarket
addition. Log loaders of this type are universally used for handling logs but no manufacturer makes them.

What they are is an excavator

http://www.vannattabros.com/road1.html

that has been aftermarket modified. The details on the modifications are included with the article written for the first link above.

what is confusing about the photo is that it is common in log yards to have 'log bunks'--- just a couple U shaped pieces
of heavy steel that you can stack a truck load of logs in. --- this allows them to be picked up and hauled around with
a forklift (with a top clamp) In the photo the log grapple was 'parked' in a log bunk. -- a common thing to do because
they park better ifyou set them on something.

so IMO it's some Link-Belt with modifications , color scheme is indeed Link-belt
