 1980 according to ro.wikipedia. Mirror looks for 1981 - if original.

Edit: But interesting it has the bigger wheel arches. In this case, if the 1981 mirror is original, it can mean it is a version of the R20 TX/R1279... what link posted by the eLMeR here in forum (7th post) confirms!
