@ Neon: can it be a 125 TC Abarth? Or it's just a regular version (or maybe a Super?) with the bumper taken from an Abarth, since the fog-lights are missing? |

Agree replacement bumper - it's wider than bodywork on wheel arch. |

Not easy to tell from this angle. For sure a 1981+ model and at least a Super by the hood scoop. Not a 125 TC because it has not the Abarth badge on the hood. |
