I don't think it's a '64. I haven't even checked the air or production date of the episode, but those taillights look a bit flat, as the '62 taillights were. And the cooling air exhaust grille below the bumper was redesigned for '64; the one here looks like the '62-63 style. So I suggest it's a 1962 Corvair Monza convertible.

I just streamed the episode. The car has the '62 upholstery, lights and trim.

Now, look at the photo of the front of the car. The three-piece nose trim was only offered by GM on the 1962 Corvairs. Also, the rocker-panel trim stops at the rear wheel opening, 1962-63 style. On the '64 Monzas the shiny, polished aluminum rocker-panel moldings continued up and over the front and rear wheel wells.

Over time parts need to be replaced and something non-original that fits and works might be substituted (like, ironically, the 1962 taillights on my own '64 Monza.) That wouldn't have been the case with a nearly-new car - especially one produced by a major sponsor of the show.

Also, the show ran four seasons - 1960-61; 1961-62; 1962-63 and 1963-64 and the last season ended early. Notice that the newest Corvette for Tod & Linc was a '63 and it becomes even less likely a "lesser" car would have been newer than the stars' 1963 'Vette.

It's a '62.
