Most likely a UK-built example. One of the last before the changeover to Bedford.

I don't think the truck in this capture is the one that was auctioned.

The location for this shot is the "Broadway Theater District" set at Universal Studios in Los Angeles:

Bumping (again) - the main picture comes from a reshoot done in the USA after all the vehicles from the UK filming were auctioned, so "built in UK" should be removed.

First off the headlights have been converted to aftermarket sealed beam headlights. The radiator does not have the vertical oval with the bowtie, this is just the bow tie.
This would make it around a 1933 model 1/2 ton stake bed truck.
