I never really trusted that for the police cars as many times, those badges were removed for decal stripes. What would help is a picture of the steering wheel/dash. Was something like that visible night_cub? |

Steering wheel looks thicker compared to the 1992-1995 models so I'd think this is a 1996-1997 model. |
