 '01+ MY i guess due to "Angel-Eyes" headlights.
But the car looks pretty dented and badly pimped. And it's a common (bad) habit of young E39 drivers, to replace the headlights of pre '01 MY's by these "Angel-Eyes" headlights.
This one might have the M-Sport package.
