Is this is a Vauxhall? It does not appear to have bonnet flutes and the bumpers don't look right. From late '36 'D's had 'easiclean' wheels.
The rad. surround looks vaguely Humber and is set further back than the Vauxhall yet the body aft of the windscreen certainly looks like a 'D'
