Possibly a Springfield Phantom 2, which has had its fenders updated later in the 1930s.

A Springfield Phantom II does not exist, but theis is a circa 1930 New Phantom Springfield Roadster which has been adapted in the thirties to smaller wheels and changed mudgueards.

This car is well known because it spent decades in the "Cars of the Stars" museum. It is Charlie Chaplin's 186KF which was later converted to lhd and "modernized".
