Although there have been some 220SE wit extra chrome we can't exclude W112 https://de.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Datei:Mercedes_Benz_W111_220SE_Heck.jpg here a 220SE with extra chrome but older swan neck mirror Link to "upload.wikimedia.org" the key could be modern style exterior mirror here a April 1967 300SE with that mirror but already on door position Link to "ruylclassics.nl" a 1966 250Se with older swan neck mirror and as i can't find a 250SE with that mirror and trim i would lean towards a W112.
