From research these used the rectangular lights from 1992-94 (the switch to round ones occurred during 1994).

Workhorse weren't formed until 1998. Until then, these still used the Value Van branding:

So, as it has rectangular lights (and a GMC badge) this must be a 1992-94 GMC Value Van.
