1980 or 1981. -- Last edit: 2006-08-03 01:35:22 |

Since it's a 1980-1981, it couldn't have been an F-150, just an F-100. the F-150 name replaced the F-100 name in 1984. However, it would probably just be better to re-name it as "F-Series" as that is what is mostly used on the site. -- Last edit: 2007-07-06 02:15:44 |

If we know that it is a F-100, we can label it as F-100... |

F-150's came out in 1976, and replaced the F-100 as the 1/2 ton pickup in 1984. |

Yeah, back when I wrote that comment I wasn't really sure about it. So my information is off as far as the name introduction goes. |

Do they call flareside for this? |

Yes Ford calls this bed style "Flareside". |

Ok, it could have been a F-150, but most likely an F-100. This bed style is step-side, flare side only came out in the early '90s. |
