Possibly a 1977 Bill Blass edition, but hard to tell under those lighting conditions.

Amusing license tag number.

Dark blue exterior + Chamois quarter vinyl + side moldings + pinstriping, in addition to turbine wheels (as you'd find on a Designer Series edition) usually = 1977 Bill Blass.

However, this combo was extremely popular, and a few dealers ordered standard '78 Mark Vs dressed up identical to the '77 Blass models. That, and I'm not convinced whether the vinyl is Chamois or not.
