Phantom III was a pre World War 2 car! - this is clearly early post war coachwork- I would say Wraith Limousine - It cannot be a Phantom IV as only 16 were made and sold to Head of States I think the Queen ELizabeth had 2 - she still has one of them! .gif ":)") |

THe position (height) of the side spare wheel defines this without doubt as a pre war car. |
