@Gomsel: Jersey is not an own country, not a part of Britain and not even a part of the EU http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jersey So noone need an embassy there - but large luxoury hotels. For the all the rich people, who want to bury and hide high assets. Tax-free,for sure... |

@ sandie: @ Ingo: I know exactly the history for Jersey. But why not a similar building? Saving the distance... looks like Punta del Este (In Uruguay). The summer-place for the all rich (and some wannabe people) in South America. |

About par for the course for an upper class four star hotel. The prices of the room seem quite good value in comparison to the drinks in such establishments. Another one but this time seen in France: |
