I guess that FMX 890 was earlier than 594 EMX here? Also both earlier than the cab which dates from 1957, so re-cabbed older chassis? Unless they are floating number plates used on any movie vehicles. |

FMX 890 was a strange Middlesex series: 799-999 were open issue Jan-March 53, the rest went to Gov't Depts. 594 EMX was May - Oct 55. Slightly bemusing about how quickly they went from FMX 123 format to 123 EMX, but Middlesex seems to have churned out strange plate series for fun in 1940s and 1950s. |
