SEPTA is the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority, not a brand name.

This bus is a Neoplan Transiliner (1999): http://members.aol.com/busguy2/septaneo.html

A bus from 1999 can't appear in a 1995 film. :)

A valid point ... but wasn't 'Twelve Monkeys' about time-travel? :D

I just checked on the history of those busses. It appears that this is a Neoplan AN440 Transliner which was first introduced in 1982.

That is not a 1982 AN440 that is a 1989 AN440, which is now sadly retired from the SEPTA fleet. That is 3489, used to operate out of Southern District.
