I'm not sure if this scene takes place there, but I read this series is supposed to take place in Massachusetts. We can see the bus has only four warning lights (all red), this is not allowed on school buses in Massachusetts starting with model year 1984 and newer, that year they switched to "eight way" warning lights (4 red, 4 yellow.) This bus is at least a 1989.

Aside from that, the last bus in Massachusetts with the "four way" system that I ever saw was retired from service in June 1995.

It looks like they put a Massachusetts license plate on it, but it's not for a bus, plates for school buses in Massachusetts have a series of 5 numbers.

Seems that this one is running DRL via headlights.

School buses in the US are required to have the headlights on when in operation. Though this was filmed in Canada, i'm not sure if the same rules apply there. I thought they were usually manually operated but it's possible that this one is wired to turn on with the ignition.

Also, can we add "Made For: Canada" to the make, the four-way (red only) warning lights give it away as specified for Canada where it was filmed (and not Massachusetts where it is supposed to take place.)
