This was one of the most known in Germany: Link to "www.tagesspiegel.de" Location: on DDR-territory shortly before the border-control-point "Dreilinden-Drewitz" ( Link to "de.wikipedia.org" ). In 1990 the T34 was taken away, in 1992 an avangarde-artist has placed a snow-thrower there, still there, as you can see in the linked article. Two others had been here, in West-Berlin: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Soviet_War_Memorial_%28Tiergarten%29 And a bunch more at several Red Army-barracks in the DDR for sure, too. |
