I havnt seen this movie but I can only assume that this is a flashback since this would be JR's car in the original series while he later appears to drive the newer version of the S class in the movie. |

Naah, this light green metallic -I don't know the name- was a quite common Benz-colour in the early 80ies. There were a plenty of W123 with it (often 280 E), other Benzes, too. IIRC it was only available in the first years of the W126. Don't know, if the first W201 could have it, too. |

From what I've read before I believe the color was RESEDA GREEN...and J.R. mostly drove a Reseda Green Mercedes until the last couple seasons of the show. Also, I think Glennis might be right...I bet this is a flashback from the original show or something--a memory.
