Could this be Mexican version? No chrome trim, so 1996 or later. |

A wannabe Holland-scene? A yellow plate and a plenty of bicycles, and we have the perfect Dutch impression |

The Volkswagen looks like a van version. Didn't we have recently such a Mexican built van? Edit: Ah, I found it: /vehicle_359771-Volkswagen-Sedan-Vochovan-Typ-1-1990.html -- Last edit: 2011-04-29 23:02:49 |

We have one /vehicle_359771-Volkswagen-Sedan-Vochovan-Typ-1-1990.html - but it's the same model? @rljuna2: the missing chrome doesn't mean anything here. It looks overpainted and the bumper is not the original late Mexican version. |

Don't have your drink too early ... somehow I'm not really convinced about an authentic Vochovan. It's still the possibility, that it's something selfmade by a VW-freak. There are many unique Beetle-conversions existing. |

Probably... the plate its BC-90-94 |
◊ 2011-04-29 23:16 |
The plate is totally out of the reality, fake as fake can be. Correct, that it shall be meant as Dutch? |
◊ 2011-04-29 23:19 |
@Ingo: the Prost was just because we found the Vochovan at the same time, not because I was sure about this being one I guess it would be quite unique to find a Vochovan in USA... @Gomsel: no doubt the plate is a fake |

What about painted headlights bezel |
◊ 2011-05-01 23:11 |
Err, where's the question about that? It can be original, if the real Vochovan has them, too, it also can be repainted by the owner. |

There where no original Beatle Vans. painted headlightbreazles and bumpers where stock on mexican models only. |

This is neither a good impersonation of Holland nor of German origin - it's Mexican. |

In that case, it is 1996 or later. Link to "en.wikipedia.org" |
