This one is I think also the same model but maybe a different car as it has a different plate number - /vehicle_391779.html |

This sequence was filmed in Napa Valley, CA, because the film company's visa had expired and they were forced to leave Japan. They must have imported this car to blow up with them. It's a shame, too. You wont see many Y30 Nissan's in America. |

For me it might be a bit more disturbing: Like this Though I do like that version of the song. I also have the version by the singer who had a big hit with a cover of Chris Rea's 'Fool if you think it's over' whose name eludes me which is for me much worse. |

The most disturbed cover I've come across is http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=co5y9sS_s6w - the video should perhaps not be watched while eating (3.50). There's a better known version by Devo as well but it's pink and fluffy in comparison. -- Last edit: 2011-04-18 15:56:24 |

Elkie Brooks http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DY8Es9GWE0s ? She was a brilliant singer in Vinegar Joe - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M7CXXDBn_l4&feature=related from a limited youtube choice, and turned Lilac Wine into a torch song long before Jeff Buckley http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DbK17RTMBmY&feature=related . |

That's her. She was good on a lot of songs and IIRC she was very young when she started singing. I liked her version of Fool if you think it's over probably more so than Rea's original. I just don't like the version of Gloria she recorded. It's not on YouTube but was on her 'Best of Album' released in the late eighties that somewhat unbelievably I own. |

Are they even any Y30's, or any Cedric older than a Y30 in the states even? |
