Could be a Type 46 Bugatti - it has got big brakes.

With full respect to nzc, we can see the drums. Not in the Molsheim style.

David Burgess-Wise, no less: 'Austro-Daimler'.
Research, and looking at the convertible in 'Parada oszustow' indicates this is an admirable big sedan of around 1928.

Right hand drive, but that's not unusual as parts of Austria drove on the left side of the road until 1938.

I get the feeling that Bugattis needed knowledgeable maintainance, e.g. oil passages in the motor were so narrow they could be blocked by fibres?

Despite the fact the driver thinks he's at Le Mans, I'd say Austro-Daimler was a safer bet. A check on Google images for '1928 Austro- Daimler' confirms a similarity with everything between the front wheels and the windshield, whilst a check for the Bugatti confirms only every Bugatti was more or less a bespoke job. Except for the headlights. They were all way too large for th this vehicle.
