No, AFAIK there was no facelift during its production. Oh, one new detail, noone here has mentioned about before! The GT was built in France! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Opel_GT  So it would be correct to change it at all GT's we have! |

That link just says that the bodies were assembled in France. Final production happened in Germany. Link to "books.google.com" |

The production ended in 1973, so there is no GT with the 1974+ US-features, but a little detail is reminded here: /vehicle_44767-Opel-GT-1971.html |
