1965 or 1966. The front end doesn't look square enough to be either the '67 or '68.

The rear end design is from a 1967 or 68 model. Here's a 67 Link to "www.oldcarbrochures.com" and here's a 65 Link to "www.oldcarbrochures.com"

Maybe by mistake by putting trim as model name? What is the model name then? "Fury Sport Suburban"?

Sport Suburbans had the woodgrain siding, and I think started in 1968. Based on the Old Car Brochure above and the one for 1968, the trim looks like a 1967 Fury III Wagon.

The Suburban nomenclature was not used 1962-1967. I'm pretty sure this is a 1968 Custom Suburban.
