Could be an L because there are no plastic rocker panel covers, but the LX cast aluminum rims are throwing me off. And I can't make out whether it says "Taurus L" or "Taurus GL" on the door |

By the '89 facelift they were only optional on GL except for the 1991 L Plus which is what this appears it could be. If we get a better shot of the trim on the molding it would be our 2nd L Plus which was also the only year of the facelifted models an L could have corner lamps. All per the 1989-1991 brochures. |
