To be honset this looks like a 1965 Ford Boyertown Step Van, which the NYPD used from new, but just has been re-painted in the new blue and white colours 1973+. As seen in the old green of the green/black/white livery: http://policecarwebsite.net/fc/ny/nypd/nypd1527.jpg |
