Its driving was very shitty, but the cannon was good, he told me. @fck: Wikipedia says, that it had a Leyland-engine, not Rolls Royce. http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/HS_30 And that the last HS30 were wrecked in the early 80ies. The main matter of this tank, which is left in the public memory, was the corruption-scandal, which bubbled up in the late 60ies http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/HS-30-Skandal Yes, such things happened and still happen in the alleged "clean" Germany...
