Don't know my artillery but I would say this is the light anti aircraft tractor .
There were three versions made for British Army , Ambulance ( as Dinky Model ! ) Binned Stores and the LAA tractor . Other thing is Badge says Thames .

I think !) mounted the rear of the truck from a door on the near side, close to the co-drivers cab door. Apart from personal kit, the rear of the truck carried a spare barrel, tools and ammuntion. Cross country performance of the E4 as a gun tractor could have been better.
