Well technically Latvia separated in 1990. Probably both models could be producted in same time, thats not unusual. |

2203-01 (and modification) finished in 1991. So, this one can be one of the lastest. 2915 fully came in 1992. |

It's complicated...The Baltic states adopted old symbols in mid-1990 and declared themselves sovereign republics, but were not officially free until summer/fall 1991. After the independence of the other 14 SSRs in summer/autumn 1991, the term 'Soviet Union' was used for the RSFSR, correct? |

Hard to say. That was mess. Communistic princes split country between each other. It's was called parade of sovereignties. |
