Jetta there weren't any 370s in this generation. Only the 430 and 55 AMG here in the states. EU received 2 other models. 270 CDI and the 4 cylinder 230. However, due to seeing a decent amount of 1998-1999 with body colored bumpers (painted by the dealer or aftermarket) I am hesitant to use that as a determining factor here.
