I think it is the old Costella & Yacouzzi Streamliner. If yes, it ran in the Blown Fuel Class. Documantation on failed LSR attempts is thin and my personal recollection is equally bad. -- Last edit: 2006-06-20 02:28:47 |

Correction. It is 'The Redhead', the Don Hammon, Bob Mc Grath (who was also the driver) and Roger Whipp Blown Fuel Streamliner (B-class). |

Why are these still listed as 'unknown'? I spent half a night going through old archives to identify each LSR car featured in the movie! |

Note that as you have admin rights you could rename them yourself How should we list these? With LSR as make and the vehicle name as model name? Or use each time the creator name as make? But that will generate lots of make that are not really makes... -- Last edit: 2006-06-21 23:01:21 |

The Redhead Streamliner resides in Jim Lattins Antique Race Car Museum in Encinitas, CA. I gained entry into the 200 MPH Club driving The Redhead in 1978. |
