1933-34 are very similar, but 33 is correct on this one. For 1934 the front fenders came down almost in line with the bumper. The grille is 33 as well, but the hood louvres seems to be 1934 so the car is not all original. I would guess that it´s basic Chevrolet Mercury Coupe [CC], there were some name changes during the 1933 modelyear. They were first introduced in december 1932 as Eagle [CA] in all trim levels, in march the base models were given a separate series [CC] under the name Mercury.
